How We Think About Residential Arrangements
At Tin Lok, the three arrangements are not packages built around revenue; they are the result of listening to many families over many years. What people most often need is some combination of good food, outdoor access and domestic support — and in different measures, depending on circumstances.
Each arrangement can be taken independently or combined. Families sometimes begin with the dining arrangement and add the garden or full residence access later. We are flexible, and we will explain all the options clearly before any commitment is made.

Residents and families can reach the office by phone or email during working hours. Out-of-hours contact is available for matters that cannot wait.

Every arrangement is confirmed in writing before it begins. What is included, what the fee covers, and what to do if anything needs to change — all set out plainly.
Food Safety Standards
The kitchen adheres to documented food safety and hygiene procedures. Dietary information for each dining resident is kept on record and reviewed regularly.

Regular check-in conversations with families ensure that arrangements continue to serve the resident well. Changes can be made at any time by mutual agreement.
