What daily routines can residents expect?
Mornings begin gently — residents may walk in the garden, join a light activity or simply read at their own pace. Meals are served in the communal dining hall three times a day, and afternoon tea is a warm, sociable occasion. Evenings are calm and unstructured, with plenty of quiet common space available.
Can I try an arrangement before committing to a longer stay?
We welcome enquiries about trial periods and shorter arrangements. Please contact us directly so we can discuss what would suit your family's circumstances — there is no single fixed answer, and we prefer to work things out together.
How are dietary needs and food preferences handled?
Our kitchen team take personal tastes seriously. Before a resident moves in, we speak with them and their family about preferred dishes, textures, portion sizes and any food sensitivities. Cantonese home-style cooking forms the daily base, with adjustments made as needed.
Are families welcome to visit, and how often?
Families are always welcome during our open visiting hours. We ask only for a little advance notice for larger family gatherings so we can arrange a comfortable space. Day-to-day visits require no appointment at all.
What is included in the monthly fee, and are there extra costs?
Each arrangement has a clear monthly fee covering the services described. The Full Comfort Residence package is the most comprehensive and includes room, meals, housekeeping, laundry and errand support. We are straightforward about what is and is not included, and will explain everything in writing before any arrangement begins.
